View and manage all users in your company.

What you see​

Header actions​

  • Info button (i) — opens a dialog about advanced user import
  • Add button (+) — navigates to the Invite User page. Disabled if there is a payment problem.

Search across name, employee number, phone, and email. Case-insensitive with multi-term AND matching (e.g. "john smith" matches users with both "john" and "smith").

User list​

Each user entry shows:

  • Name
  • Employee number (shown when it matches the search query)
  • Admin badge (ribbon icon) for company administrators
  • Deleted indicator (circle-X icon) for users who have deleted their own login

Click any user to open Edit User.

Warehouse accounts are filtered out — only real users are shown. The list is sorted alphabetically by name.

Non-admin access​

If a non-admin user reaches this page, they see a message: "You are a member but not an administrator."
