Can't log in?​

  • Check your spam folder for the login email
  • Make sure you clicked the link within 15 minutes (it expires)
  • Try requesting a new login link

Can't find my company?​

  • Verify you're using your company email address
  • Ask a colleague if your company is already set up
  • Contact support@toolbee.com if you're still having issues

QR codes not scanning?​

  • Ensure good lighting
  • Clean the QR code if it's dirty or scratched
  • Try holding your phone steadier
  • Make sure the camera has permission to access your device

Tool not showing up after adding?​

  • Try refreshing by pulling down on the screen
  • Check that you added it to the correct warehouse
  • Verify your internet connection
