Comprehensive company configuration page covering company info, modules, user permissions, payment, and more.

About the company​

  • Company name — text input
  • Location — map picker showing coordinates or "No Location"

Logo + theme​

Only visible when the Logo + Theme module is enabled.

  • Company logo upload — accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, SVG. Click to view in modal.
  • Theme color picker — opens the Theme Editor for HSL-based company theme selection

Corporation​

If the company belongs to a corporation, shows a read-only link to the Corporation page.

Tool owner contact​

Contact person name, phone, and email fields for the company's tool owner.

Company settings​

Domain info​

Shows email domain auto-discovery information with a link to the Users page. Displays a warning if the user's email domain is not suitable for auto-discovery.

Marking configuration​

When "Use default marking" is enabled:

  • Standard Marking Line 1 (text)
  • Standard Marking Line 2 (only if two marking lines is enabled and line 1 has content)

Other settings​

  • Standard rental duration — number of days (empty = no auto-warning)
  • Default email password — default password for newly created users
  • Broadcast message — message displayed on all users' home pages

Toggle switches for each module, with pricing shown for paid accounts. See Optional Modules for details on each.

When the Reporting module is enabled, additional email fields appear for report distribution and internal tool usage invoices.

Disabled if there is a payment problem:

  • Inventory — link to Inventory (only if Reporting module enabled)
  • Tool Categories — link to Tool Categories
  • Create Corporation — opens a dialog (only if company not already in a corporation)

Payment section​

Invoice reference​

Text input for yearly invoice reference number.

Country & organization number​

  • Locked state (already set): country and org number are locked. Contact support to change.
  • Setup state (not yet set): country dropdown and org number input with country-specific validation.

Payment method​

Options depend on account type:

  • Trial (only for original accounts)
  • Invoice
  • Stripe (credit card)
  • Education (only for original accounts)
  • Terminated

Stripe payment​

When using Stripe, a "Manage payment methods" button opens the Stripe Customer Portal to add or update payment cards.

Company Info modal​

Accessible via the info dropdown in the header. Shows statistics including:

  • Warehouse, tool, and user counts
  • Warehouse values and rental totals (if Value module enabled)
  • Last 6 months: handovers, bookings, placements, stock adjustments, lost/found

Export Tool List​

Also in the header info dropdown. Exports the full tool list to the admin's email.
