Company-wide inventory counting. See the Reporting module page for an overview.

When no count is running​

  • Days input — how many days the count should run (default: 3)
  • Message input — optional message displayed to the team during the count
  • "Start inventory" button — disabled if the Reporting module is not active or there is a payment problem

When a count is running​

  • End date displayed (or "Manual" if no end date was set)
  • Live statistics: counted tools / total tools (percentage)
  • Email notification note
  • "End inventory" button — ends the count (with confirmation prompt)

During an active count, recount filter buttons appear in the Warehouse Tools and Tool List pages, and uncounted tools are visually marked.
