Logo + Theme

The Logo + Theme module lets you add your company's logo and custom color scheme to the app, giving it a branded look for your team.

What it does​

When this module is active, your company logo appears on the home screen for all logged-in users. The logo is also used in the theme editor preview.

  • Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, SVG
  • Recommended: SVG or PNG with a white/light design, since the app's text and icons are white
  • Upload: Done through Company Settings (Logo section, visible when module is active)

Custom color theme​

A theme editor lets you create a custom color scheme using HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) sliders:

  • Tone (Hue): Select the base color (1-360 degrees)
  • Lightness: Control brightness
  • Saturation: Control color intensity
  • Gradient: Fine-tune the gradient effect

An alternative RGB color picker is also available with individual Red, Green, and Blue sliders.

Live preview​

The theme editor includes a full preview section showing how your selected colors look applied to real UI elements: buttons, cards, search bars, toggles, badges, and more. This lets you see exactly what your team will experience before saving.

Company-wide theme​

Admins can save the current color scheme as the default theme for all company users. Individual users can still choose their own personal theme in their settings, but the company theme serves as the branded default.

Personal themes​

All users (regardless of this module) can pick from built-in themes like Day, Night, and Standard. When Logo + Theme is active, the company's custom theme is added as an additional option in each user's personal settings.

Where you see it in the app​

  • Company Settings → Optional Modules → Logo + Theme toggle
  • Company Settings → Logo upload and Theme color picker (visible when module active)
  • Theme editor page → HSL/RGB sliders, live preview, company theme button
  • Home page → Company logo display
  • Personal settings → Company theme appears as a selectable option

How to activate​

Go to Company Settings and scroll down to Optional Modules. Toggle on Logo + Theme, then save. The logo upload and theme color picker sections will appear in Company Settings.

To upload a logo, use the logo section in Company Settings. To customize colors, use the theme editor accessible from the same section.

The price is shown next to the toggle in Company Settings. It is free on the Free plan.
