Reports back on print jobs sent to a connected label printer.

How to enable

No setup needed. Applies when printing tool/QR labels via the printer icon described in Getting Started — no email fallback exists for this one, so it's only useful if you have push notifications enabled on the device you're printing from.

Purpose

Lets you know right away if a print job succeeded or failed, instead of walking over to a printer that's out of paper or offline.

Who receives it, and when

Sent to the user who submitted the print job, as soon as the printer reports a status change: success, out of paper, or unreachable.

Notification content

A short status message describing what happened to the print job.
