Alerts admins as soon as someone flags a problem with a tool.

How to enable

On by default for all admins. No module is required. An admin can opt out under Settings → Notifications tab → Tool Error Reports (see Notification Preferences) — this is admin-only, so it's not something a regular user configures.

Purpose

Gets a reported problem in front of admins right away so it can be dealt with, rather than sitting unnoticed on the tool.

Who receives it, and when

Sent to every company admin who hasn't opted out, the moment a user reports an error on a tool from its Notes tab. Unlike most notifications, the email always goes out regardless of the admin's own Push by Email setting.

Notification content

Identifies the tool and includes the error description the reporting user entered. The report also shows up in the admin's to-do list inside the app, and the reporting user gets an in-app confirmation that it was submitted.
