Reminds trial companies that their trial is ending, and what happens next.

How to enable​

Sent automatically to trial companies — no setup needed beyond having a Tool owner contact email set in Company Settings. Not applicable to companies on Invoice or Stripe payment.

Purpose​

Gives trial companies enough warning to decide whether to continue on a paid plan before access is cut off.

Who receives it, and when​

Checked daily; each reminder fires once, on the day its threshold is crossed for a company on the Trial payment method:

  • 7 days left — trial still active.
  • 3 days left — trial still active.
  • Trial expired today — access ends.
  • "Sorry to see you go" — sent instead of the 7-day reminder if the company has already been marked inactive by that point.

A short message explaining how many days remain (or that the trial has ended) and how to continue on a paid plan.
