A periodic digest of new and cancelled reservations for a warehouse's tools.

How to enable

Requires the Booking module. On the warehouse's Edit Warehouse page, under Notification preferences, turn on Notify on reservations. The recipient is the warehouse's own tool contact email, or the company's tool contact email if Same as Company is checked — set under Contact person for tools on the same page.

Purpose

Keeps whoever manages a warehouse aware of booking activity without needing a notification for every single reservation made or cancelled.

Who receives it, and when

Sent to the warehouse's notification address a few minutes after booking activity occurs on one of its tools, batching multiple changes from the same short window into a single email rather than firing one per change.

Notification content

A table listing who booked or cancelled which date and time slot since the last summary was sent.
