How to enable

Sent automatically — no setup needed beyond an admin having a Tool owner contact email set in Company Settings.

Purpose

Keeps admins aware of self-service account deletions, since the user's tool assignments and history may need follow-up.

Who receives it, and when

Sent to company admins with a contact email set, at the moment a user completes the Delete Account flow themselves.

Notification content

Identifies which user deleted their own account.
