A weekly export of everything that happened with your tools and stock.

How to enable

Requires the Reporting module active for your company. Once enabled, set a Report email address (or a comma/semicolon-separated list of addresses) in Company Settings.

Purpose

Gives admins a standing record of tool activity and stock movement without having to pull it manually from the app.

Who receives it, and when

Sent every Monday morning to the addresses in Report email. Content and localized text (dates, stock units) are generated per recipient's language.

Notification content

A CSV and an Excel workbook covering the past period, with sheets for the event log (every take, give, place, and unplace event), stock consumption and restocking, movement of distributed/pooled stock, and individual-tool take/give and place/unplace history — each including a per-holder rental cost calculation where a rental price is set.
