An on-demand export of your company's full tool list.

How to enable​

No setup needed — available to any admin. Open the header info dropdown in the app and choose Export Tool List, as described on the Company Settings page.

Purpose​

Gives you an offline copy of the whole tool list — useful for audits, backups, or working with the data outside the app.

Who receives it, and when​

Sent to the requesting user's own email address, right after they trigger the export. This is the only notification in this list that's a one-off, user-requested action rather than something that happens automatically.

Notification content​

An Excel workbook of every tool in the company: ID, name, nickname, warehouse, location, current holder, notes, tool link, and tool type.
